We were forced to buy this as there were no other printer options to choose from. Printer gets stuck in offline and you spend mass amounts of time throughout your day trying to get it back online. If this printer worked properly, I would gain so much of my life back I could learn the piano or copy War and Peace backwards. Worst purchase in the history of worst purchases!

      Hi, Trina.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer has failed to maintain a reliable wireless connection, and that you’ve spent so much time re-establishing that connection rather than tending to other parts of your life. That indeed sounds aggravating. We want to make sure that your printer is reliable for any urgent printing needs, so I’ll point you toward some resources I hope will help.

First, I recommend you visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various problems, including wireless connectivity issues. Visit that page here:

If the problem persists, I hope that you’ll contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and guide you through any applicable troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

As the title states, worst printer ever. Took forever to set up, wouldn't connect to my WIFI properly, all the pages come out crooked or cuts off the bottom. The top feeder scans everything completely crooked. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra dollars. I thought I wouldn't have some of the problems these reviews state but I was wrong.

I agree with so many other reviewers on this product. The software incorporated with the printer is terrible. I have spent hours on these trying to get them to be reliable. I give up.

Poorly made, difficult to get connected, hours on phone with tech. Worked for two weeks before it started jamming the paper. The paper goes in the back side of the printer, and will only take approximately 10 pieces of paper at a time. It constantly malfunctions and have to turn off and back on to clear the problem. It was only $100, and recommended by a sales person. The old adage applies on this printer: "You get what you pay for." Don't buy it!!!
