Great printer with low cost affordable ink ! Great for students light and compact .

This printer isn't great. It prints well but doesn't stay connected to the WiFi, thus wireless printing is a major pain.

nice printer for the money. was not expecting the HP Smart app. It made it a bit compicated for this novice.

This is a good basic printer, and function is equivalent to the lower pricepoint. Set up and installation was easy. It is a light weight printer overall, and the number of pages per minute was average. It jammed on the 2nd day and I still experienced difficulties with function after following all directions to clear the paper jam. It is suitable for basic printing, however it is not suitable for home office desktop publishing and printing. I eneded up returning it and upgrading to a sturdier and a mulitfunctional printer that was more suitable for my needs. I loved the smart app functions to operate from my phone or desktop computer. Greatbfor students and day to day printing at home.

Easy setup, the app makes it very easy to use. Clean prints. Great printer overall!

Wonderful! I'm very impressed and surprised by this printer. For the price it's unbelievable! The colors are vibrant, it prints like a much more expensive printer, and I'm not talking about emails. I'm talking about graphics! Beautiful. I didn't expect such a good printer.

I have set up multiple printers both personally and professionally. Typically, its a straight forward process. The irritation I felt with this product straight out of the box was so intense I was ready to forget the $120 I spent in lieu of the satisfaction I would receive by throwing it out of my office window. The printer would not recognize the ink cartridges that were provided with the product in order to install and set up the printer for use. Incompatible? Seriously? HP's support provided no assistance as they asked multiple questions yet could fathom that the product had yet to be set up but was experiencing errors already. I wasted 2 hours of my morning and will have to spend additional time taking this useless doorstop back for a refund. Instead of HP offering more "helpful" suggestions and trouble shooting in response to these comments why not make a product that actually works or reimbursing customers for their wasted time. I will not be purchasing another HP product after this infuriating experience.

Works great, fast, great color but not very user friendly and doesn't have a manual.

Nice printer but hard to set up on the wifi. Needed to call HP for help.

Difficult to set up. Do NOT like having to go wireless; prefer cabled USB connection. When bougt, I was told I get 3 months free ink, now the printer is nearly out of ink, so how do I get my free ink?

I needed a simple, easy to use printer for home use. This HP printer fit the bill and has worked out well for me.

Nice printer/copier/fax. Very good value for the price. It prints and copies fast for a small unit. The only downside is that the extender does not automatically come out when you print. I would recommend.
