I have set up multiple printers both personally and professionally. Typically, its a straight forward process. The irritation I felt with this product straight out of the box was so intense I was ready to forget the $120 I spent in lieu of the satisfaction I would receive by throwing it out of my office window. The printer would not recognize the ink cartridges that were provided with the product in order to install and set up the printer for use. Incompatible? Seriously? HP's support provided no assistance as they asked multiple questions yet could fathom that the product had yet to be set up but was experiencing errors already. I wasted 2 hours of my morning and will have to spend additional time taking this useless doorstop back for a refund. Instead of HP offering more "helpful" suggestions and trouble shooting in response to these comments why not make a product that actually works or reimbursing customers for their wasted time. I will not be purchasing another HP product after this infuriating experience.

Decent printer copier for home use. In stock and inexpensive. My store rep was very helpful. This is not a defect of the printer but if you have iffy wifi it may take a few attempts to print from your phone. Overall very satisfied.

Once I took it out of the box, turned on the power, loaded the app, and pressed the test button. It was true love at first sight. Viola’. Everything worked perfectly. I would buy another one if I needed to. Easy to setup & Use. Very happy.

This printer is amaZing! Better than my epson printer. Very easy to set-up. Plus you can print print from your phone with no hassle. The scanning feature is very clear, you can edit and trim scans. It also saved me a lot of money since i dont need to re-align it every time i use it, compared to the old epson printer

I only needed a basic printer, but this one stood out because of price and its features. I do like the automatic feed for copying several papers at one time and the return of the originals without opening the scanner lid. i didn't give it five stars because it was not easy to set up. it took a phone call and a tech 1 and 1/2 hours to get it setup. it works fine and I did avail myself of the instant ink program.

This is a good little printer. It was easy to setup and performs well. It also works well at a distance from my laptop.

Very basic simple easy to use printer. Bluetooth works

I am happy with the printer just had trouble setting it up. Call store for help whoever is technically support didn't know much told me I had to make appointment bring it in. Googled it got what I needed right away. HP was also helpful. Best buy nothing. Good product bad Best Buy

Although there have been some issues with this printer, when it is working, it is fine

Very happy with my purchase. This printer is affordable AND works well. The only thing that gives a little hiccup is when it pulls for paper. I have to push it down almost every time it needs a new piece but its STILL 5 star purchase.
