Easy-to-use, prints beautifully, no problem with setup

This printer is OK, but not fantastic. I ordered it because it has the document feeder, which is needed, when scanning multiple pages into one file. It does not offer custom sizing for copies, which was a disappointment. Six months of Instant Ink is a plus! I love Instant Ink - best thing ever! I own 6 printers and they are all HP. HP printers are the best.

Printer was easy to set up and use. I really enjoy the HP+ subscription.

It prints and scans fine, but I have to unplug the power cord and plug it back in, then wait for it to boot up every time I want to print something because it’s impossible to wake up from its sleep mode. This totally defeats the purpose of having a wifi connected printer.

As someone who uses a cricut and makes stickers! This printer is great! Make sure to use printable vinyl if making stickers. Thanks HP and best buy!

At first it worked out fine. Then it started to lose connection even though my wifi was still connected. It keeps disconnecting itself.

We bought this in a pinch before traveling. It was a nightmare to install and I have had to reinstall my Dell laptop a dozen times. I can't get it to work with my mother's desktop at all. Intrusive software requires you to be online and connected through HP apps, with your data also shared with Google and Adobe. I tried setting up without agreeing to any data transfer and was simply unable to proceed. (It may be possible, but not for this reasonably experienced computer user.) Purchase price seems relatively low--because of course *you* are the product and you also get killed on the ink. Dinky cartridges last about five minutes, what a waste of resources. Our last HP inkjet printer 4630 was a dream. It lasted over 10 years, had full scan/print functionality including double sided and auto feed. A good experience overall which is why we turned to HP this time. Never again. HP has lost this customer for life.

Found it hard to set up. Kept telling me that I had to download drive's that I already had.

Unfortunately the printer doesn't connect to the laptop without a wire; the multiple scanning/printing doesn't function as it scrunches up the paper and jams/stops working (be careful not to rip the paper when taking it out!); but if all you want to do is print and scan one-at-a-time, it's perfect! Bought for emergency medical documentation printing/scanning, not quite happy with the purchase. Very frustrating.

Love this printer. It's small and lightweight and fulfills all my needs. I'm able the fax, make copies, print and scan. It's small but it's a powerhouse.

Printer was easy to set up and buttons on the front allows you to get information on the printer, tells you the ink is running low, and the print jobs and copies are very good. The main drawback is that you cannot reduce or enlarge the size of a copy you want to make. Overall a good printer.

This has been a great printer for our normal household use.
