Great basic printer

It was simple to transfer our HP ink subscription to this printer & received replacement ink within a week of purchasing the printer. Printing is a bit of a noisy process but works well & generates a quality document.

I did not take advantage of the ink offer although I wanted to because they said I could not do WiFi because I didn't have the right equipment. I have an Xfinity modem with my desktop computer and pay a monthly fee for internet to them.Why does this printer advertise this ink offer if I can't use it???

The print quality if great, Use of the scan and copy features could be a little easier.

That’s why I stuck with an HP to replace it with. It’s a great printer that handles all tasks and on sale it was a great value and within my budget. I’d recommend it to anyone, no complaints

I am a technology dummy, but was capable to install it. The printer was delivered expeditiously, and it has saved me trips to the UPS store to have my documents faxed. I have already received my free ink. I read some reviews, but this printer is perfect for ME. Everything is amazing!
