It was hard to make it work. But now is working fine and the printing is great

This printer is an all around good buy. It comes with free instant ink for 6 months and there are quite a few different packages to choose from. Printing quality is also great

The HP DeskJet 4155e is a great machine. Easy to setup and works like it should. I retired my old more expensive printer - it never would communicate with the same computer the 4155e is synced with! I am super happy to have a scanner again and a quality product that works. Thanks HP and Best Buy!

This printer is very user-friendly, easy to set up and a breeze to use. I’m so happy to be able to print things from my phone and laptop without having to connect a cable or cord. The price is also very reasonable

This printer turns out better prints/copies than my Epson printer ever did. I also love the auto-online system for tracking ink levels and mailing refills when needed. The only glitch was in the online set-up process, but everything turned out okay in the end. I'm glad I switched from Epson to an HP printer.

I purchased this printer as a gift for family and they were so thrilled. It is very user friendly and it was perfect for the minor printing activities that they have.

I used the TOTAL installation (Geek) service to install the new printer. The install went very smooth and the printer works well. That's just before the income tax season so now I better get busy.

I like it for the Scan. It is more bulky than the previous one I was using.

Bought a wireless printer, proved to be easy to connect. Has good directions to connect and operate. We don’t use it a lot but is very capable to handle my work load. It was on sale at the time which was even better.

I originally has an issue where the HP 4155e printer would not print in color from my saved documents. I ended up deleting the device and when I reset it up I was given 2 choices for printers then pciked the correct one. I didn't realize it was not a duplex printer but figured out how to do it manually. This works for my personal needs.
