EZ setup

Smart HP app is simple and concise. My only concern is my involvement in HP's print/ink program. Somewhat confusing. However, equipment is great.

Only issue is the connectivity was an incredible hassle to work with, best to purchase a separate cable and link it to your PC or whatnot.

I do prefer paper but that is going away. Just recycled my old printer and someone carried it in the store for me as it was heavy. Love BB service.

HD had three simple steps to take, but Norton wanted me to give the printer a password. HD came to my rescue.

I had Geek Squad install it as I had previously learned printers come with very little instruction/ease of installation anymore. I'm happy with my printer
