It's a budget printer. Very affordable, and the wireless feature gives it a plus. Printing, scanning and copying form the HP app is easy and eliminates the cables. On the downside, the printing speed is kind of low.

I needed a simple printer/scanner. The HP printer I bought at Best Buy met my simple needs (to be used in a seasonal vacation home) at a great low price.

The printer app sucks to set up for some reason it wouldn’t see my wifi and you can’t do anything about it with the way the app runs it took my three hours to get connected. I almost chucked the thing out the window. I ended up going into my router settings and enabled wps and used that to set up. After that it was smooth sailing. It’s a great printer but their app sucks.

This printer is awesome, works great and prints with great quality. It also scans well and its fast, i have it setup with Wi-Fi and i print from my laptop and cell phone. You need to download the app to be able to print from your phone, the app also tells you how much ink you have left among other apps to print.

This is a very good and sleek printer which does not take up a lot of room.

Great price. Easy to set up & download printer program icon. Will do everything anybody would need for scan, fax, print, copy. Don't need to be a computer programming expert to learn how to use it; young children could easily use it. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely love this wireless printer! Very easy set up and have never had any issues! The automatic printer cartridge refill program works nice as well!

I only use it occasionally and it does everything I need it to do. I like the fact that I can make copies straight from my phone

The HP DeskJet 4155e is a great machine. Easy to setup and works like it should. I retired my old more expensive printer - it never would communicate with the same computer the 4155e is synced with! I am super happy to have a scanner again and a quality product that works. Thanks HP and Best Buy!

It was hard to make it work. But now is working fine and the printing is great

The laptop is a good laptop and easy to use. The one problem is that the keys are light grey and the letters on the keys are white which makes them difficult to see.

The printer is great. Gary, the tech who installed it for me was exceptionally good. The Geek squad has my vote and especially Gary. The printer works and is so easy to use. Thank you. Helen Mayville

Good print quality. it was a bit confusing to set up.

This was an upgrade from previous HP printer and this model was so much easier to setup than prior model. Smart HP app is simple and concise. My only concern is my involvement in HP's print/ink program. Somewhat confusing. However, equipment is great.

It works well as most other printers. Only issue is the connectivity was an incredible hassle to work with, best to purchase a separate cable and link it to your PC or whatnot.

I originally has an issue where the HP 4155e printer would not print in color from my saved documents. I ended up deleting the device and when I reset it up I was given 2 choices for printers then pciked the correct one. I didn't realize it was not a duplex printer but figured out how to do it manually. This works for my personal needs.

It meets the expectation! I wish it could be laser.
