This is a solid printer, they get you on the toner but you knew that. Strange you need two apps - one for scanning and one for printing- but it works ok.

My wife and I are very satisfied with this printer. It is perfect for our at home use. It is clean, sleek and quiet.

Very nice printer and easy to setup and use. The app is great and scanning through the app is very useful. Bluetooth features are great as well as being able to print remotely through WiFi. Overall very happy with the printer

HAD PROBLEMS GETTING IT, WRONG INK CARTRIDGES WERE PACKE WITH IT AND TOOK FOREVER TO GET THEM. FINALLY GOT EVERYTHING INSTALLED TODAY, sO WILL COPY FOR HOURS AND SEE IF IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT.

There is no direct connect to a computer, nor bluetooth. Totally dependent upon internet, which takes time to set up, and if you shut computer off and move to different location, you have to start process all over again. If you are on a network, you have to drop off the network to connect the printer, which is insane. I move my printer frequently with travel. Took it back and got a printer with a USB cable.

Best wireless printer ever owned. Easy to set up and use. And inexpensive. Does all the functions with no problems. Great for the home office

it works like it supposed to. I find myself not appreciating the minimum character requirement just to give a review of a product cause there just isn't that much to say about it

The printer was amazing! It prints quickly, works on Wi-Fi, and I like the fact that I can use my phone to print as well.

Seems to be working well after about three weeks. Quiet and efficient. Set up by Geek Squad employee so I cannot comment on set up issues.

Great buy, bought this for my visually impaired stepdad and he loves it for its ease of use and Bluetooth feature.

Printer is great. Lasted me about 1 1/2 years but only issue is it’s having connectivity issues and won’t connect to my laptop.

Nice printer so far, but had issues with connecting to wifi, eventually using the Wi-fi direct option to print. Not sure why HP doesn’t make it easier to connect to internal Wifi. This is the 3rd HP printer purchased, with the first 2 being returned, hopefully it will work out.

Perfect printer, three month supply wasn’t quite accurate, but that’s such an arbitrary reason to lose a star. Scan quality could be better, but the settings are super easy to adjust. There are youtube videos if you’re technologically impaired, like myself ;). i am using it for art prints, and the quality is high enough to support my style!

This was an emergency buy as my previous printer just stopped working all of the sudden. The set up was quick and connecting it via wifi as well. The issue its the buttons and the display screen. Its not very clear on what its suppose to do. There is a orange light that comes up when something is wrong but to figure out what's actually the problem its really up to me having to check for jams or anything else. So i bought this printer for the moment but I'll definately be replacing it soon. As it looks simple but its not.

I love the fact that I can be at work and go on the HO app and print things and have them ready for when I get home.

so far so good! easy to set up and works great. prints pretty quickly. connects seamlessly to devices.
