Great printer! Feed can accommodate lots of paper, printing on both sides. Remote printing works great too!

Perfectly serviceable printer. Really easy to send stuff from my phone to the printer even if I don’t use the app. Definitely great for what I needed.

good printer i love it so far. only thing bad i have to say about it is that the set up process to get it to connect to the internet was kinda a pain it just kept printing connection guide then disconnecting from the network i had to buy more ink buy the time i got it to work.

Printer is easy to use after I got it connected to my wi-fi.

Good product. It does exactly what i purchased it for. We are only 3 weeks in so far, but we will see how long it lasts. And the ink is fairly inexpensive.

My all-in- one printer is working great after a second visit from the Geek Squard. The problem was the fax would come on and no one was able to leave me a message. It's been fixed and working okay.

Easy to assemble and use. I bought it as a second printer for home and to take to our summer cottage. I actually like it better than the big printer!

Replaced an older HP DeskJet printer. Could not be happier with this purchase. Easy as pie set up with USB, does not come with USB cable.

Trouble to hook up to pc without WIFI. And its ink is expensive considering it ran out in 2 days. I got lots more pages done with my old HP. Not impressed with this one. It doesn't hold enough paper either. As for Best Buy, one employee tried to help me find the printer, but wasn't sure where it was. We looked, and another one said he would help shortly, but didn't. I did find it after we looked all over the place, there was only one left.

I love it. Works great for my son to complete school reports and able to scan and send documents in a timely fashion.

Simple sweet little printer that does what it says it will do. I'm 67 and set up was a snap. I'm very pleased.

It works well for my needs. Prints the thing that’s important to me. Compact doesn’t take up a lot of space.

This printer gets some things right while suffering from classic issues we all face with printing at home. On the positive side, printouts are of reliably good quality. HP Ink and it’s subscription services generally hits its mark, too, based on my 50 or so pages per month needs. It also is a full service model, so you can do anything you need whether print, scan, or fax. HP Support helped me a few times and did a fairly good job. On the negative side, though, this printer was not as easy to set up as the box suggests. I am tech savvy, and it still took me more time than I’d have liked to get it up and running. And while HP support was good, the issues I faced and had to contact them to resolve should not have even presented themselves out of the box. Printers tend to be very finnicky, and this one certainly is temperamental. With only a tiny screen and no USB cable included, a small problem quickly escalates into an insurmountable roadblock if you’re printing under time pressure. If you plan ahead, are patient, learn about what works and doesn’t, and maintain your network without frequent changes, this printer has versatility to its offerings and is good for the average at home needs. Business users should look elsewhere.

Works well, Direct WiFi link instructions could be improved, very good value. Seems like it could be 1" shorter.

ink runs out fast, you better have back ups on hand because the ink used is hard to find always out of stock. Ink is relatively cheeper than other hp inks but printer blows through it.

I love it and it prints out very good I made the right choice in purchainsg this printer!

When it works, it’s great. Every few days I print something and each time I have to unplug the printer to reset it then wait for it to turn back on and reconnect to WiFi. Then I have to fuss with the app to ensure it’s online. When really, it should be ready at all times, or at least have a faster way to “wake it up”. Considering returning.
