Hate how everything is done through the app. Didn’t know this before I bought it. Gives me a lot of problems especially whenever I have to disconnect and reconnect to a new WiFi. 2/10 Spend the extra money and get a better printer

Installation was not easy had to have geek squad come out to get it hooked up properly

It works great but sometimes it flares up and I have to trouble shoot it. I love the fact that when I am just about empty on ink. A new one gets delivered to me.

The problem was the fax would come on and no one was able to leave me a message. It's been fixed and working okay.

Ok printer

And its ink is expensive considering it ran out in 2 days. I got lots more pages done with my old HP. Not impressed with this one. It doesn't hold enough paper either. As for Best Buy, one employee tried to help me find the printer, but wasn't sure where it was. We looked, and another one said he would help shortly, but didn't. I did find it after we looked all over the place, there was only one left.
