He was patient and knowledgeable. I'm embarrassed bc i meant to contact his supervisors last month and just corgot. I cant tell you how great Andrew was. Im not computer or cell phone literate but he helped me with everything. I wish all employees were as helpful and patient.

I can easily understand why needing to reset the printer as well as your computer to achieve acceptable printing would quickly become frustrating. I have not bought a new one is a very long time. I was surprised that I could download an app to my phone and print documents from my phone, amazing! I am not tech savvy so it took me a little longer to figure out syncing both our computer and the phones. It prints super quick and really like it.
