My experience was excellent becsuse of Andrew who helped me for two days sttaight zt the store on Research in Austin, TX. He was patient and knowledgeable. I'm embarrassed bc i meant to contact his supervisors last month and just corgot. I cant tell you how great Andrew was. Im not computer or cell phone literate but he helped me with everything. I wish all employees were as helpful and patient.

Always worked with HP older models and I’m not sure why this one is so complicated. It tends to be online then it’s not and back and forth. Lots of problems to be so new! It’s fine! Recommend with some know how or support!!!

This printer is amazing. I’ve dealt with the basic printer that only prints but with this all in one it’s amazing and makes things so much easy! I’m always printing out labels from depop so it super easy to print just from my phone! Also printing pictures it comes out in amazing quality!

If you follow the steps for set up it will try to get you to sign up for an HP printing account and get you onto a subscription based service for cloud printing and automatic ink cartridge shipments, if you go around this, the printer seems to work fine for a short amount of time before having weird problems, blank pages printing, printed pages not seeming to match selected print settings, or pages coming out with missing parts or weird artifacts. If it determines it is "low" on ink it will try its best to prevent you from printing documents, even though its still capable of printing several dozen pages at reasonable quality once you do get them to print. Based on my experience with this and other HP printing products, I would never recommend them, even to my worst enemies. There is no one on earth that deserves to go through the frustration of owning this device.
