May have been a fluke, but the keyboard that came with this PC didn't work. I would give it one star but the return service was quick and painless so the extra two stars actually go to the store, not the computer itself.

I did actually buy this for streaming purposes. While it didn’t initially fulfill what I wanted, the relative ease of use and useful features makes it good if you’re just looking for a nice PC.

very good PC good for work and for basic things like surfing the internet but it feels to light and not heavy i think the metal may be to thin or i just like heavy PC'S

So far, seems to be working ok. Keyboard was a little flimsy. Spacebar got stuck under the lip of the edge of the plastic. This was not bought to be anything more than a data warehouse so I dont use it for anything else.

I purchase the geek squad plan and had my computer checked out, only to find that it was not repairable. I purchased an new desktop and geek squad load all of my aps and files onto the new system.

So far so good. My husband uses this to work from home. However, I feel all towers are good in the beginning so it’s hard to determine if this was a good investment or not at the moment.

The guy was nice, but ultimately not helpful/knowledgeable. Was advised the PC I bought didn’t come with a keyboard, so I bought a separate keyboard. Was advised it didn’t come with a mouse, so I bought a desperate mouse. Opened it up at home, and it came with a keyboard and mouse inside. Was advised it had a camera for Zoom meetings and that I could plug 2 monitors into it, neither were true.

This desktop is a decent for its value. I would suggest buying the warranty, as this is my 2nd one the motherboard went out within a year of having the 1st one.

We did have issues buying it and getting the protection for it but you all have a GREAT male manager who worked Everything out for us. He definitely needs a raise.

The learning curve for this computer was less than many other technological devices. I feel proficient ion this product much quicker than my last computer.

was ready when promised, when I brought it home, it operated without a problem. Called for it early on a Saturday, and it was ready right after lunch.

It's fine and is working as I expected and hope it would. It has new features over my last desktop computer that I am still learning about and getting used to.

Great tower for my pc that stopped working ! Best Buy had it all with personalized help ! They had such a great selection and personnel knew their business !

I bought the pc and was slow, but know the pc have 16gb ram an run fast. But I don't know if is possible to replace the power supply.

It does what I want it to. I only use my computer for news, face book and email. I'm old and I depend on my family to keep me informed.

I still like using a desktop computer and this one fills the bill. It's a little unsteady (i have cats that took down my last desktop)
