I bought this computer on January 13, 2021, and have had nothing but problems with it. Best Buy only has a 15 day return window, and HP doesn't stand behind their products. HP has a contract with a place that can't repair computers at all, my other choices were the Geek Squad, or sending it back to them. After technically not having a working computer off and on for 3 months, I chose to pay for the diagnostics and repairs myself with a reputable computer repair shop. My computer was diagnosed with a bad motherboard, and to replace it would be over $500. So I opted to purchase another computer, and it's not an HP, nor did I buy it from Best Buy. So Best Buy sold me a $500 computer that doesn't work, and I'm out the money that I paid for it.
