Great value PC

Much faster than my old computer

Startup time is very fast. No waiting. My old HP was windows 7. This one is windows 10. The windows 10 is much harder to find things, but I am learning. I think that the computer is very good, but I am not very happy with windows 10. I also had Excel and Word installed. These are also harder to use than the old Excel and Word.

Excellent...user friendly....very fast desk top

I really did not know what I was missing! Now I do not need to watch the hypnotic circle trying to sync and am sent directly where I want to go. Great buy for the money and I think anyone needing a midrange computer for household and business operations will be as pleased as I am!!!

Great price on computer

Only had half the funds to buy a computer comparable to what I had. On Best Buy website there was a computer listed ,better than my old one ,on sale . I went to Best Buy, the sales rep ,an extremely helpful lady, ordered it free delivery to the store. I am very pleased with the computer and the help I received.

The only con would be the size... and yes I know... it tells you the size before you buy it. It was just the only one that would do what I wanted with the CD drive. I just wish it was a little smaller.
