I was looking for a mini PC for my touchscreen monitor, but I decided to spend a little more to get this HP desktop unit. For the price I paid, this was completely worth it. Would recommend to purchase this product if you need a “everyday use” PC desktop.

Computer direct shipped. Should have had Geek Squad transfer software from old computer and install new software. They might have noticed the computer was missing a fan!

This desktop was easy to setup and works well for keeping my family bills and activities organized. Delivery was quick and no hassle. I love the amount of storage this desktop has.

A great desktop for the price. I can run multiple applications with no glitches. Large storage, good graphics, 3.0 ports and very quiet as well. The package and price were too good of a deal to pass on, I had to get it and I love it.

This thing is really fast. Now, the downside is the noise this thing makes. It’s a humming sound that gets louder and louder the more you use the computer. I understand that it was cheap, but come on HP you could have done better. Do not buy this crap and put a little more money and get something better. I sold it to a friend for $200 because I just couldn’t handle it anymore.

This was my first cloud computer and it's been an experience to get use to, but has been a very easy process. Would definitely advise peole to move to a cloud based computer. Easy to learn how to operate.

There’s nothing better than opening a box with a new computer in it. Especially after finally upgrading from windows 7 and an AMD 10 to this i7! Huge difference in speed and feel. And the price was great! Definitely recommend!

Previous desktop computer was aging on us and we wanted a newer HP computer. Enough speed and memory for us at a good value.

I had to use USB port splitter because there was not enough USB port on this desktop. Other than that, I liked and enjoyed this desktop.

The i7 is fast. Screen takes some getting used to. The keyboard and mouse are not cableless - surprising for a computer of this cost.

For the price it’s a very good computer. Just makes a little fan noise which is just a bit annoying. But over all I can’t complain

For the price this was a great value. Good response time to programs and apps. Quite running with plenty of power. Can run several open programs at one time.

I really didn’t know what to say! At times I hear a humming sound, like a fan is running. I’ve never had this on any tower before and it’s concerns me that it might go out! I really didn’t know who to call about this. The sound does not happen all the time. Also it is not when I am working hard. Please get me an answer! Mickey Jordan

I thought I bought a defective computer because the DVD/CD player did not work. After about 25 minutes on hold to get help, Allysa D answered the phone and was wonderful. She walked me through all the steps and even was able to solve a couple more problems for me. She was very patient and professional and gave me some helpful suggestions for the future. She is the reason I changed the rating from poor to good.

We got this to replace a 5 year old pavilion and I think we paid about the same price as that unit. Much faster and slightly smaller. Very happy so far

We are very pleased with this replacement desktop. Significant improvement in performance over previous one. Geek Squad did a great job getting it ready.

Bought this to replace my outdated and full HP. Starts up fast and has plenty of storage. Will take time to getting used to Windows 10 from 7.

I use mine as a server so there's not much actual activity going on. But it seems to be working well, mostly in the background. Can't complain.

I think the quality is good but when my kids play games it sound a little loud and that's the thing we did not like it
