This laptop does everything and more I need to run a business! Hi speed and very functional. Looks great, lightweight and sleek!

So far, I absolutely love it. I am a nursing student and when my last one finally bit the dust, I needed a new laptop. I wanted big screen, foldable ability, and touch screen capabilities. Most of these things are very useful when you are in school or in clinical settings. Well so far I love it. It's functional and it's not bare bones either and it's also not too much. ALso, one thing that I am weird about, I don't like plastic casing and this one has the aluminum, so it is tough. The backlit keyboard is wonderful as well. Honestly, no complaints. I even went and bought an Hp pen to use for signing/notes and it was very cheap as well. Meaning, if (and when) I lose it, it is very affordable to replace, which cannot be said about a lot of other brands that cost $100+ to replace the stylus. Overall, I am very happy. Thank you!! and it was also an added bonus to purchase it on the last hour of the sale. I brag about this computer and the price when classmates comment on how nice it looks. Thank you HP!

This is by far the best laptop/computer I've ever owned and I've had HP's, Lenovo's and Apple in the past. It's sturdy, it's fast, it's light, it's sharp and sleek. I can run Xbox games on it, I can browse, I can use Microsoft Office and other apps with no bog downs. The speakers are top notch, and the track pad is wide and super responsive. All in all a well built, reliable, fast, comfortable machine with good battery life and good graphics.

So far everything is going well. The battery life is good. The touch screen is working fine and there is no lagging.

Absolutely love this laptop! Touchscreen is great! Battery life is good. Speed is ok, could be a little better. Display is phenomenal! The only real downfall of this laptop is the speaker. It could definitely stand to be louder. But, overall it's worth every penny! Very pleased with this purchase.

Great value. I was able to get it $300 off. It has all the features I was looking for, but was slightly out of ny budget until it went on sale. Keypad is very responsive with good feel and key travel. I love the face recognition when I go to sign on. Great battery life. I have been using it unplugged for more than 4 hours and still have well over 1/2 the battery life left. The processor is very fast with little delay.

Got this laptop as a Christmas gift from my husband (who knows nothing about computers) to be fair I dont know a lot about them either, but I knew after dojngnmy research that this would be a good fit for me. Runs fast, streaming is great, and I’ve been able to get my work done amazingly fast! I do wish it came with a screen protect being that it is touchscreen or that I could find one. If anyone could recommend one please let me know!

For home use, this laptop works very well. Overall I am very pleased with it. The speed is very good. My only con is the mouse pad. Since it does not have separate right / left click buttons you need to make sure you are at the very bottom edge of the mouse pad for the click buttons to work which I think will be fine once I have used it more. The general click of the mouse pad to select something also is a bit tricky, as I have notice a number of times where clicking the mouse pad does not do anything. I think this too is more related as to where I am on the mouse pad when I am clicking it so will probably (hopefully) improve with more experience using the laptop. In general for home use, the price was very reasonable and this laptop is meeting all my needs.

Love this product. I originally got it with the intention of using it for my online college courses. It has the right specs that it also will run most games I like to play including FFXIV and Hearth Stone with no issues. I enjoy the backlit keyboard since I do most of my work/gaming at night after my kids are in bed. The touch screen is a nice additional feature for reading books and letting my kids draw on minor art apps.

Easy to use. Key height is much more comfortable. Screen size is excellent. Weight is so much better.

Set up was quick. Design is thin, comfortable keyboard. Nice picture quality, excellent processing speed for moderate daily uses so far. Speakers on each side of keyboard and great sound quality. Touchscreen that can easily convert to tablet design which is nice and easy to use. Nice for work productivity and entertainment with bells and whistles I am still discovering. I'm enjoying this slim powerhouse; my HP favorite so far.

Excellent product. I purchased for my sister. From saving documents to now Gaming on it since her Xbox flatlined. Its a great product with gaming capabilities! Sleek look and light weight as well! The touch screen feature is the best if youre like herand used to being on your phone. Lol overall I recommend buying through Best Buy. I also recommend adding the Geek Squad warranty!

The touch screen is amazing and being able to turn it into a tablet is a huge plus for office work or work planning structures! Picture quality is amazing! Facial recognition is really cool and makes easy to use. Also battery life is really amazing used it all week at work and had to charge Friday evening! No complaints! Definitely Recommend this laptop for the price!! 5 stars

This HP Laptop has been a life saver!!! Works great and better than the other brand I was using. I love the touch screen. Do not know what I ever did without it!!! Uploading has never been easier. The battery lasts forever!!!
