The online Best Buy assistance was very helpful and guided me to choose this computer based on my current needs. I've been using this computer for almost a month and it is wonderful. I'm not very techy but my family members that are say that I bought a very good computer for the price. I can say that it does everything I need it to do as I bought it for school and some light video editing. I was pleasantly surprise that "nightfall black" actually meant a very dark purple which I love. I am hopeful that it will last me throughout my last year at my university as well as my two years of grad school. The only con is that it's a pretty big computer since it can fold into a laptop but I've gotten pretty used to it and it fits in the new carrying case I got for it but that's the second con. Since this computer is pretty new there aren't many accessories out there yet for this specific computer yet. I would love to find a reasonable priced stylus for it but haven't found one yet. Overall, so far a great product and a wonderful experience working with the online Best Buy assistance that helped me pick out. Thanks Liz!

the thinnest laptop Ive ever had, excellent wide touch screen and performance.

Purchased this laptop for work/home use and I LOVE IT. It is everything I need and more. Speakers are excellent and make remote meetings and discussions easier. It is very sleek and beautifully designed. I love the look and feel of it. The large screen makes it easier on my aging eyes. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a laptop for work, school, and/or home use!

The laptop is great and it’s fast. It’s convenient for me as I’m doing a mechanical engineering major in college which is something I really needed like the autocad, solidworks,etc. I love that you can flip it over like a tablet with a keyboard. The touchscreen is smooth as well. The only negative I would say is the battery life. It’s not all that bad but the occasions where it’s used allot to have to frequently charge the laptop

I really like this laptop. I am in school for psychology so there is a ton of research that I have to do which brings me to the reason for docking one star. When I told the associate at Best Buy what I needed it for I made sure to say that I needed something that would not slow down and start lagging. This was the unit he recommended but when I have more that 2 things on the screen it starts to slow down quite a bit so then I'm waiting for the computer to respond. All in all I like it I just wish it would keep up better.

Very good item, good design, light weight, fast processing

I bought a bunch of these for my company (small business), and so far all has been great. They boot up fast, the battery lasts well, and they are as fast as we all need. We mostly use them for general email, downloading and reviewing software, and networking with other equipment. Not sure if it would be your best choice for high-end gaming, but for our purposes, I would definetly buy more..

So far I am really impressed with this laptop. The feature that I like the most is being able to flip the screen to watch movies or take classes online. The touch screen feature is great. The speed and memory also great. I definitely recommend this laptop for anyone who is working from home or studying, the image is very clear and the sound too.

Solid, long-lasting battery life. Touchscreen doesn't have that weird rubbery texture that other models have had. I'm not so hot on HP but I'm surprised at how good they've gotten. Maybe this is a turning point for the brand. This laptop is worth a look if you're in the market.

Looks good works good  it is sleek and has touchscreen battery last a long time and good service with the Geek Squad and the team at Best Buy 

I owned a Dell Inspiron since Feb 11, 2016, which served me beyond well. I recently took it for repairs (hardware issues) at Geeksquad. I was told, given the cost to repair, it made more sense to purchase a new one. I was hoping for another Dell Inspiron with backlit keyboard and without numerical pad but no such luck. The sales associate showed me HP ENVYx360 which was very nice. It was also Windows 11 which I dreaded since I had just mastered Windows 10 but hey, that's life. Long story short. I purchased this puppy on sale and must stay it's been very good to me so far. Mine is chocolate brown and a bit short of 15.6" but it works for me. I'm comfy at the keyboard and has no numerical pad. This laptop is very fast but I have a new learning curve with Windows 11 and Microsoft Word 2021 which is another story. The Geeksquad switched my Windows 10 data to Windows 11. We are students of life and the learning never ends. Overall, I highly recommend HP ENVYx360. I was blessed to purchase while on sale. The price has increased so watch for the drop.

The tablet was easy to setup as well as registering my laptop. I've been using my laptop for 2 months now and I'm really enjoying the features it has, and the way I can interact between the keyboard and touch screen while on the internet or when I'm typing a document in Word. One caveat though- when I'm typing, the touch screen is sensitive, and accidental touches will interrupt it. I really love being able to flip the screen around and use it as a tablet - this is just so cool. The tablet is fluid to use, the screen crisp, bright, clear and dynamic, and then when I need to type something a virtual keyboard slides up for me to use. The speed of my laptop is good, and very little lag time, except for the ads that pop up in the bottom right corner that hang it up momentarily. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and it came at a great price! Feel like I got a higher end laptop at a midrange price point (especially with the storage). Buying Best Buys membership helped.

lightweight, touch screen, easy to use once it was set up

The laptop arrived fast and the laptop is great. It runs very smoothly and the screen is nice and big. I also love how it can be folded all the way back making it a very good conputer for people who would rather writen than type and also for people wo want to draw.

Love the touch screen big enough for everything i need runs smooth and fast would recommend for anyone good for school and every day work i would definitely buy again was 700 but got in in sale for 400 so great deal even without the discounted sale price would buy at full price 10 out of ten

My wife chose this laptop for me because I needed a replacement in a hurry. I love that its touch screen and loads my pages fast. It is perfect for my everyday use. The graphics are more clearer than my old device. I would recommend this laptop to the average user.

If you are looking for budget friendly laptop, this one is for you. Affordable laptop with great screen quality. Overall price is reasonable.Computer modem is quiet. Laptop charges quickly. My best computer so far. I would recommend to friends and family.

I love this computer! Almost converted to a macbook but decided to give it a try. I LOVE IT. I havent even used my tablet option yet. It's fast, easy to type with. Not heavy. And i loved how it was so easy to transfer all my information from 365 live to set up in less than 5 minutes! Would definitely recommend!
