I would not Purchase - Mistake

The ports were broken and I read another review that this happened with someone else so this is a problem. I bought the 179.00 total care service along with the laptop. I assumed I would bring it in they would see there was a defect and provide a new laptop, O no I was told it had to be sent out ok. I still have no idea what this 179.00 total care purchase was for but I am beyond frustrated. I am a small business owner with no laptop and I am upset as I was misinformed by the geek squad the salesperson. I specifically said I need a reliable pc as I cannot be without a pc and so I was talked into the total care and here I sit still without a pc. Thanks, Best buy for standing behind your products and services.

When it worked it was absLike most things HP it's great until you have to contact their customer service. I had an issue that I had already thoroughly troubleshooted, but they dragged out the support over 2 hours for something that was clearly a hardware issue.

Good but flawed

Keys stick and the mouse can get offcenter. For example, two seconds ago, I was trying to rate this as three stars and the machine was clicking four stars (a full centimeter to the right of my cursor). This machine is less than a month old and should not have this issue.
