The overall laptop is fine. But I wish I had known that the HP software has some kind of bug that doesn't allow you to wake your laptop up from sleep mode, no matter what you do. I took it into Geek Squad to fix the issue, and they couldn't do anything. I just have to wait for a software update. Really annoying.

The computer is ok. It is touch screen and is hyper sensitive to any touch or breath of air. This will cause the screen to jump. It is very irritating. I wouldn't recommend it or repurchase. It's my fault for picking a touch screen. I have had an ipad for 10 years so I thought it would be great.

I’m only giving 2 stars because the network card had an issue, I could only connect to my wifi if I was in the same room with my router. I have no issues with other devices connecting, I have and Orbi mesh with 3 routers. I returned the Hp and got a comparable Lenonov laptop instead, it connects as it should.

Complete Disappointment this broke in less then 12 months.

Not happy with this purchase . Too heavy and the print is not good .

I purchased this in September 2023. I rarely use computers, as in once every 2-3 months. Every time I booted it up, it came with updates (which is expected). I leave it in a protected case and charge it the night before use. On month 10 / 5th time starting it up, I got a screen telling me the files are corrupted and then blacked out. Which is wild since I didn’t have anything saved. The fan wouldn’t shut off until I unplugged it. Now it won’t turn on, charge, or do anything. Big waste of money for the 4 times I could use it.

Keyboard is set up differently from my last laptop.

The computer's processing is a lot lower than what I was expecting. One of the problems, it doesn't respond well to mouse commands. I'm 81 years old and very computer knowledgeable. I'm just disappointed in it's performance.

I opened the box charged the laptop set it up went to get online and it froze. I returned the laptop. It’s made of plastic so it’s lightweight but if you drop this it will break easily.

0 (zero) Stars. Going to the store tomorrow for the second time. First time, luckily they replaced to item due to system always crashing and having error codes. Got the replacement one (brand new) now wont even go past the initial start up without crashing. BSOD!!!!!

This computer is junk. I've had it for a month and have spent several hours on the phone with HP technicians. It continually drops the wifi signal while logged onto sites or during Teams meetings. Trying to figure out how to get my money back.

This product has a touch screen which is very cool. The only downfall is that I had issues with charging port. The charger was good just the computer plug in was defective. I noticed this the first time I attempted to charge it.

We’ve yet to have it installed . The first appointment was canceled . Stated that the technician coming to set everything up was ill . They’re scheduled to be here Tuesday the 19th .

Bought this laptop in July. And in Sept it stopped charging. Sent it in through the geek squad and it was “repaired” here it is December and it is not charging again. Never again. Buy the extended warranty. Maybe not buy an HP. Idk Also, the internet moves slow. And it does matter where you are or what your service provider is. The laptop takes a while to load the webpages. I was using it for work. And it was just too slow.

Used the laptop regularly for about a month before it went out. Screen went out. Took it in to Geek Squad and they had to send off for repairs. Was told it was not able to be repaired so they exchanged for a different computer. Didn't go with an HP the second time around.
