    made an appointment to go back and see why my laptop is overheating ...too hot to put-on my lap ?? I've only had it 2 weeks

    Do not buy as it just stopped working after only 2uses and Best Buy won’t do anything. Very disappointed.

    Heavy, difficult to sign into wifi, settings are weird, doesn't allow you to open up a lot of websites, get blocked. Not very user friendly

    Win11 with too many 3rd Party Apps

    I had to return this product. Too much HP pushed application or maybe it was windows 11. But the system kept restarting every 4-10 minutes and going into recovery mode. I tried to fully clean reset the laptop with the MS provided recovery key but that didn't work. concussion, product returned and money back. I plan to try out the newer generation of Chromebook.

    hp is a poor product I bought two hp absolutely no good there are numerous manufacturing issues and software issues.

    Within a month, I had issues with this laptop. Slow processing, screen freezing, will not keep charge. Worst purchase I have made in a long time. Not reliable to college daughter.

    I gave this a 1/5 simply because I was sold membership that I did not ask for. I just wanted to purchase a laptop and did not realize this until I checked my receipt at home! I called customer service explaining what happened and was not able to get a refund of what was charged for membership! Angry customer!

    It did not operate correctly. Geek squad told me to bring to the store. They told me they couldn’t fix it, that I would have to buy the protection plan to come to my home. I live 50 miles from the store and after multiple phone calls, and5 trips to the store, the Champaign store manger replaced it because it was defective. So far the new one works great

    I touch the side edge of the laptop and it changes the whole screen. Far too sensitive

    Sad to say that this died 1 day after purchasing. Returned and purchased a different unit. Have had HP laptops in past and was completely happy with them. Disappointed with this one.

    Not even a month after purchasing it i turned off computer set it aside and came back and my compyter would not turn on. Screen was black and power cord was still new. Tried different outlets and nothing. Left it charging all night and still nothing. Horrible computer for the price it should be worth $300 instead

    Would leave 0 stars if I could. Motherboard died a few months after getting the laptop. Bestbuy sent in back to HP for repair 5 months later it died again. Will be reaching out to HP for repair again. not a happy customer

    Don't buy! This laptop is a piece of crap. I purchased this machine on Oct 8, 2023 and a key fell off and just went dead. I don't know what's been worse; HP support or Best Buy support. I'd gave it a zero-star if I had the option.

    HDMI output for second screen broke in 5 months. Awful customer service from best buy and hp. No one to communicate at either place in basic English. Managers would not call back.

    I was out of town when it arrived When i returned i found the keys on the keyboard are misprogramed, characters don't match key pushed. By this time the return date has passed, so now i have to pay to get repaired
