Wow what a great laptop by HP. ENVY 15.6” Bought it on sale at $499 less $50 by becoming a BEST BUY Member. It is ultra fast and high def screen which is also a touch screen. Best news is that a week later it was selling for $799. Talk about timing. Best Buy is truly the Best!

I absolutely love this laptop so far! My only gripe is the numerical keyboard is not on the side of the keyboard. It’s just at the top. Someone who uses the computer to input numbers and calculate numbers all the time, it makes it difficult. Other than that, the graphics are very vivid, touchscreen is really helpful and the laptop is smaller and less bulky. I absolutely love it.

So far I would rate the computer 5 star, however, instructions that come with, only 1 star. Going from windows 10 to 11 comes with some new surprises. Tried following prompts carefully but when it asked if you want it to sync with other devices, becareful....it doesn't ask what devices, it just syncs everything to One Drive (cloud) and then tells you that you are out of space and buy more. Lots of hours watching videos to find out why it was doing whatever and what and how you can control it. Microsoft has you! ALso couldn't figure out why keyboard didn't light up. Tried Chatting online with BB. Guy said he was emailing label to return and was sending new computer. No trouble shooting what so ever. Granddaughter came the next day and said "did you try pushing the F4 key"? Fixed! No instructions to explain that function. This may all be HP's issue, not BB but BB didn't offer instructions on who to contact for set up instructions. A video would have sufficed. Computer is great for the money. Still working on tranfering files that I want but expect that will go fine using external drive. I will not use One Drive! Norton gives me 25 GB with my subscription....

Am enjoying my HP Envy 360. Like that the body is sturdy and made of metal. Appreciated environmentally friendly packaging. Primarily using as a laptop for web browsing, email, and managing documents and some data. Have not streamed any movies. Set up was easy. Still exploring capabilities. Speed is good for my needs. Display is clear and am happy with clarity.

Bought this computer to replace a very old HP that was running with Windows 8-slow and frustrating. This HP-ENVY is fast and very easy to use. Considered several different HPs and other brands, including desktops. Decided on the ENVY and very happy I did.

It was perfect for my needs. It replaced a Dell processor from 2002 with Windows 7. My Internet browser needed updating in the fall. The new HP is 10 times faster with a colorful 15.6 inch screen. I no longer need to wait 10 to 15 minutes to access emails or online banking.

I love love love this laptop. Its fast and easy to setup and i am able to do a lot more than i was able to on my hp chromebook. Picture quality is great and the screen is huge and slick im so glad i bought this laptop and it was a great price!

Great laptop for college. Very lightweight and easy to use. The only issue I have with it are the speakers being somewhat quiet, but it’s not a big deal for me as I usually use ear buds anyways

My favorite model of laptop. I have had 3 of them throughout my life. One of the best laptops on the market in my opinion. Good for light gaming and for School/Work. Very Sleek design. Its also nice a sturdy with a nice sized screen for doing almost anything

I really like it! The touch screen is incredibly handy. I actually haven't folded it up to use like a tablet yet but I like that I have the option. The display is absolutely insane, playing games on this laptop is unreal! The only thing is sometimes it gets very hot and I have to restart my computer because certain apps crash. But other than that it is a very solid laptop and I can't wait to continue using it.

Works great and is very snappy in speed. Touchscreen works very well too. The screen is very vivid and clear. Don't expect to game to hard on it but i installed baldurs gate 3 just for fun and it didn't look amazing but surprisingly ran okay.

Absolutely great! got it on sale for $500, and its a great deal for the price. Needed it for school. but its great for entertainment as well. perfect for cloud gaming on the side if you're in to that stuff.

I bought this laptop as an adult learner embarking on a doctorate that is mainly online. It was a great choice. It's fast, has a sharp, crisp screen, and handles videoconferencing well. It's also aesthetically pleasing and the price was great too. I love my HP Envy.

This is a phenomenal laptop, I purchased this device for the purpose of coding and running virtual labs(LINUX) and also with some gaming. Overall it exceeded my expectations, especially due to the feature of the touch screen, it has made my experience easy to use

My wife loves it. The device is very accommodating, the processing speed is awesome.

This computer has everything I was looking for as a new Nursing School student. Large display to read all my e-textbooks, fast wireless connection, light weight, holds and even holds a decent charge! Perfect for the price!

I bought this for my daughter who is just starting college. It has everything she needs and it runs very well. She is able to click on wherever she need with no lag or any other issues. Perfect for the new college student!

Upgrading to HP envy from surface pro end incorporating Microsoft office was challenging and had to hire the geek squad to move the data from my surface pro to my new HP. The HP machine is fantastic quick and very user-friendly.

Switched it out a Dell and got a fantastic PC. Touch screen, Back lit Keys , two in one and so much more. I love it and if your a gamer you'll love it as well there is no lagging it's fast. 10 stars Highly recommend.l

Great computer. Big screen, fast. Very happy to have purchased it. Unfortunately, while working in the office, I dropped it and cracked the touch-screen. I will have to get that fixed. But very happy with it.
