I love that the letters on the keyboard are big. They are twice as big as a standard keyboard. The screen and picture are amazing. I cannot attest to the battery life thus far, as it is a new purchase. This seems to be a great buy for my college student.

This product was purchased for my daughter during her freshman year at college. It met the minimum requirements and performs seamlessly. She loves the sleek appearance and functionality. I have recommended this product to friends.

This laptop is my first laptop and it still works very well after a couple years very fast and no glitches.

I got this laptop for my school work and it has made my online classes to much easier having this around. The touch screen is great but I hardly use it but having all my files together and a portable laptop has really helped!

When my older laptop had hardware issues, I had to jump for this one without research or comparisons. It was simply the one I could afford to get back to work. That said, I was pleasantly surprised at the dramatic improvement in speed, the rapid and seamless setup as I installed software and files from my former laptop, and the overall clean and streamlined look of the computer and display. My biggest gripe isn't with HP, but with the cavalier way Microsoft continues to try to hijack my browser, cloud storage, and settings despite being repeatedly told I like it MY way. But HP has provided a very good lower-price unit that will work just fine for my basic needs. An aside: I use Adobe Creative Suite, which supposedly needs more memory to work its best, but I have had no problems at all with speed or function.

Charged it up and used it a little. It seems much better than my old computer. Also impressed that it still had a charge of 88% after letting it sit for a week.

It's been a great laptop! Gets me through college classes with no problem whatsoever. It gets a little loud when playing Minecraft, but it's not unreasonable and puts out good performance.

I'm a senior citizen so I asked for a laptop that was easy to work. The associate knew exactly what I needed. This laptop was easy to use, easy to hook my printer to. Love it!

Ive had this laptop for about 2 years now and its still in good shape even after some bumps and bruises. So a versatile laptop! Especially at its pricepoint. I had bought one during black Friday 3 years ago for my sister and loved it so much I bought one for myself the following year.

This laptop was actually purchased by my son for his personal use for school, gaming and other uses. I have used it as well. I like it very much. I do have plans to return to Best Buy to purchase another HP product but I may purchase this instead.

I had not had a new computer in many years. In fact my PC was completely out of date with windows 7 !! I found this HP laptop very easy to learn and perfect for my needs. Great purchase and extremely cost effective.

Bought this, and after I bought it the mouse pad started to get stuck, like I have to click on the side of the pad to make the button unstick. I didn't get a chance to return it because I need it for school and can't go without it. I've met other people that have the same one and don't have that complaint so it's probably a defect on mine.

I am in love with this laptop!. It came in handy for my school and business needs. The only thing is the Internet bing program opens to many tabs. Other than that I love the touch screen and flip option for editing.

I both this system mostly for web browsing use, keyboard feels comfortable, its light and travels easily. Would have like to get the 16GB ram version but the difference in the cost it was way cheaper to do the upgrade myself.

I had this laptop for about a month. I completely love it! I can do anything with this laptop. For the girlies sims 4 looks so amazing on this laptop. I can link my iphone and my airpods to this thing! Also it’s has Face ID n Touchscreen! RUN DON’T WALK N GO GET YA ONE OF THESE!!
