It does what I need it to do. I bought it for my son who is a math major and needed a good computer for college. He is able to get his work don effeciantly and well. He is enjoying the ease of the operating systems.

Bought this for my son and still has it. Great laptop for your kid if likes to play games.

It's been a fairly smooth transition from our older HP laptop. Screen size is perfect, clear with great color but I miss the number keys on the right side of the keyboard. Having some difficulty with linking my printer to the laptop. Will make an appointment with the Geek Squad.

I was skeptical about this purchase, but I have used and purchased HP desk tops and laptops for more than 20 years. The HP ENVY did not disappoint. It is lightening fast and has all the features I need for home and work.

Great laptop. Very heavy duty. steel, "not plastic". Absolutely love it so far (two months). Bought this because my wife and I were fighting for time on our desktop. Problem solved. I would highly recommend this product!

I love an hp laptop. Especially the ones that turn into a tablet. This is my second HP envy, I got a newer one bc my older one was a 2015 model and it worked perfect but this one was on sale and I decided to get it. It works perfect and great for work laptop or if you’re in school. 10/10 recommend

Easy to set up and migrate files from my old laptop. It loads pages quickly, has a long battery life, and is very portable. It doesn't have a numerical keypad so I'll have to buy a separate numerical pad.

Excellent laptop, I’m very happy with it. It looks good, it feels good, is very stylish. The touch screen is amazing, responsive, smooth and flawless. Not to mention I got it on a really good deal. Best Buy I ever made! (Ugh was that too much?!)

Great price for this laptop. I was looking for something specific and found it with this HP! I love being able to fold the screen back and turn it into a tablet. The touchscreen is on point as well. The only issue I have is the battery life. It doesn’t seem to last very long.

Quality product for the money. It seems as though HP has improved the keyboard. When I was looking, I told the associate that I would mainly use the laptop for writing. He told me this laptop would meet my needs and was 1/2 the price of other laptops. I am glad I came into the store and looked in person instead of on-line... Even though the store is 600 miles from where I live.

Bought this laptop for my husband who only uses it for email & searching the web. The speed of this laptop is 100x faster than his old laptop which was so old it no longer supported by Windows. We had to disable the 'touch' screen for him.

This is by far the best computer I’ve ever owned! It’s fast with a touch screen, light and has plenty of memory. I have no trouble doing anything I need to do quickly and easily! Great deal! Thank you Best Buy!

My HP 360 literally became unhinged (6 months after the full replacement ran out) - this laptop fits my current needs, not as fancy, but it does everything I need it to do. I should add that I purchased it on the Labor Day sale for an extremely good price!

I bought my first "try" at a very good price on President's Day Sale. The Key Board had "issues". However, I was able to take my Eny back to Best Buy and exchange it. My 2nd try on my HP Envy 2-in-one Full HD touchscreen is a WINNER! I can do so much that I was not able to do on my 4-year old Eny that I replaced.
