Very reliable, I've been using it for a couple years now and no issues, I use it for editing photos, DJ'ng and my classwork and it all worls seamlessly. I do recommend getting a case for it though and if you're into flipping it and using as a tablet I also recommend a compatible stylus pen.

My HP 360 literally became unhinged (6 months after the full replacement ran out) - this laptop fits my current needs, not as fancy, but it does everything I need it to do. I should add that I purchased it on the Labor Day sale for an extremely good price!

This computer is first of all great in price. It’s 2 in 1 feature is amazing. Great for doing work on the go. I use it in school the features on it are amazing I recommend this laptop 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

having been a long time chrome book user, this is a lovely step up from that limitation. The sturdy hinge shape and function with touch screen makes this far more versatile than what I'd been using previously.

Solid performance for the price and well built. I especially love the fact that it can fold and be used as a tablet that is of decent size and surprisingly light in weight.

i absolutely LOVEE this laptop, super fast paste. great for school work & if you play sims 4. only complaint is that my face ID stopped working after a couple weeks of use.

Upgrading from a 2012 Mac, this was certainly worth it. It took a bit to get used to, but the touch screen and interface was very helpful in the process. It’s certainly helping me get through grad school, and cloud gaming is certainly a plus when I’m away from home!

Great laptop at this price point. if you get it under a sale at BestBuy, then absolutely go for it. We love the touch screen and the overall build quality is also good. All in all, a great laptop for at home use.

Overall, love our new HP Envy laptop. We were looking to upgrade and was intrigued with the touch-screen option. Memory and storage was the deal breaker, with 256GB SSD storage and 8GB memory, this model is perfect and affordable. Still getting used to the touch screen option.

As a salesperson and student this computer has been great! Works efficient while keeping all the tabs I need open and I’m able to run programs. It’s also nice to learn new things from the computer.

Bought this for my daughter and son in law. They are very happy with it and tell me how much they love it that I should get me one. They like the very bright clear screen and the ease of using it

Great laptop. My daughter uses it for school. Has been using it for close to 8 months now and it’s been great! No issues, perfect for school!

Great for at home use. General stuff for surfing and streaming. I don’t always like to use my phone. Love the 360 feature makes me feel like I have a tablet as well. Slim for traveling in backpack, luggage or tote.

So far so good! Bought it on clearance gor a great price and thus far it has exceeded all performance expectations Screen resolution is great and the laptop looks very sleek opened or closed. Love the 15in size

This laptop keeps surprising me with its features. I work in a badly lighted area and discovered that my keyboard has a backlit feature! This on top of being so easy to use even for an elder!!

THISSSSSS is an awesome tool for my needs, I started working on a Master in Economics and this has suited all my needs perfectly, for the price and features this can't be beaten is amazing quality and very acceptable capacities for all casual to some entry technical gaming or software needs. All good here with HP and this setup - price point!!!

Works well, just like all my other HPs (until windows comes out with their next upgrade!) The touch screen is actually pretty handy. the computer is actually kind of heavy, I wasn't expecting that, but not a game changer.

AWESOME laptop that you shouldn't buy .. probably. The feel of this thing, expecially for the price?? Oh man, it's just a nice feeling thing and you know when you're holding a well made item. Unfortunately mine had to go back as I asked at time of purchase "can I upgrade the RAM" ..."Yes" I was told. No is the answer. Shoulda just googled it but it's been a while since laptops for me and was pretty naively sure manufacturers aren't soldering RAM still are they? Especially at 8 gigs, you are putting this nice machine together and strangling it with no option to perform CPR. It's aweful business practice. I'm not a tree hugger but I've always just used the 3 R's jus by nature. (R)educe? that one is getting skipped if your laptop hits the E-waste pile for no reason other then one RAM slot?? Like really?

This is a very good laptop ! The battery life last a long time
