Very good laptop for the price. Using as a computer in a craft room in the home that stays put in that room. Easy to set up initially. Has filled the gap we had the need for a reasonable price.

Works well, just like all my other HPs (until windows comes out with their next upgrade!) The touch screen is actually pretty handy. the computer is actually kind of heavy, I wasn't expecting that, but not a game changer.

This laptop keeps surprising me with its features. I work in a badly lighted area and discovered that my keyboard has a backlit feature! This on top of being so easy to use even for an elder!!

Touchscreen works good. Memory is decent. Few things i didn't like is when you fold it back to watch a movie and it locked while you have it paused, you can't unlock unless you fold it back to laptop style. And the volume kinda sucks for the price in my opinion but still good laptop just for the price i expected to much

So far so good! Bought it on clearance gor a great price and thus far it has exceeded all performance expectations Screen resolution is great and the laptop looks very sleek opened or closed. Love the 15in size

A very fast laptop for a good price. Only Complaint is the promised delivery next day is a lie. It took 2 wks. to arrive. I got an email on delivery day saying it was delayed and I would receive next day. The next day another email said it would arrive in 10 days. Best Buy prompts you to order with the next day delivery message but they lied.
