Compact and light weight. Great processor and does everything I need it to do.

I got this laptop for my nephew for graduation. It’s one of the best laptops I’ve ever purchased. Key placement is great. Graphics are on point. And being able to use it like a tablet is amazing.

Had everything I needed in a daily laptop. Never slows down and the speed is there when needed.

I am very pleased with my purchase. I am retiring, and will keep this for a long time. The young man who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I always go to Best Buy when it is time to buy an important item in my life.

I picked this out for my mother who is in her 70's. Very easy for her to use. It's better than mine. Lol I might have to upgrade. It has everything she need and more. Awesome

Great laptop, my daughter uses it to play sims, other games and classwork. The customer rep that helped at best buy was amazing and helped me tremendously.

This is a very nice laptop. Small enough to use anywhere but big enough to have a good visual. The keyboard is black with white lettering, which is good on the eyes.

Bought it as a work computer. I don't utilize the more "tablet" part of it. If you do, this screen is pretty big, so it is a little awkward to hold if you are standing. Otherwise it has been awesome this far!

This is the perfect laptop for what I need. It is user friendly, clear screen, and a perfect size to take on the go when needed.

Teen loves it and has been a huge plus for getting school work done. No issues at all. Teen not tech savvy but works for him and gets the assignments done.

I like everything about this computer! Just getting used to typing on a laptop versus my old desktop computer and upgraded office package. So far love it!!!

Very easy to set up and operate. The most difficult thing about the purchase was having to get a number and them wait to be served in the store by a clerk, Not a fan of this new situation.

Does everything as advertised with ease, no long set up. I bought to replace an outdated (8.1) hp that still worked after many years so definitely stuck with the brand.

Great laptop. Feels like quality. Webcam good enough to preclude having to buy an additional one for zoom. Performance up to specs. Battery life so bad it must be defective, but have yet to inquire.

It is a very great laptop that I use a lot in college! It allows me to access everything I need as a biology major and I’ve had no issues with it! Love HP!
