The touch-screen works great i have not had any problems with it. The reason I'm not giving five stars is because it run hot. Especially if you plan on gaming.

Downside it is slightly heavy but still love it as I'm the type of person that wants to get away from a 'computer' but just can't take the plunge yet.

At the end of the day the laptop I bought was able to meet or exceed my expectations at a special value price for the July 4th holiday . Ordering was easy , elected to pick it up at the local Best Buy, All went well with the pick up. Set up was easy as well as Microsoft 365 and Norton. I’m enjoying the new laptop and it lease with the experience.
