    Best Buy Agent, Dominic ptovided me with excelkent service by educating me about the HP laptop that I was considering for purchase. He even printed out some materials so i could mske comparisons with another model. I also appreciated his coordination with Geek Squad to transfer all my data from my existing laptop.

    Overall live this laptop but there are a couple things that are a struggle including the mousepad sticking and the speakers due to the placement sound muffled if not completely free of obstruction. However despite these which to me aren’t huge things it’s absolutely been a great computer to me
