However despite these which to me aren’t huge things it’s absolutely been a great computer to me

I’m not real computer savvy. But the young man that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. And the laptop was an instant when my son saw it. Thanks best for hiring that young man because if he wasn’t around I would’ve been lost. Thanks again!

Bricked after 9 months

HP also did not honor any warranty on this, and I had to pay $150 to reload Windows from HP. It worked fine, until it didn't. Then an infinite loop of the dreaded blue-screen-of-death. After several hours each and several sessions with HP tech support, and buying a HP licensed boot disk (a USB Stick), it is working again. But it took so long to remedy the issue, my boss approved another Laptop, a Lenovo, that has worked great for me. After the eventual repairs were done, a coworker got this as his backup, where it still resides today.
