The laptop works fantastic and does everything i need it to do

I do a lot of documents and this HP is easy to use.

It is fast and efficient. I like the 2 in 1 though I rarely use the "tablet mode".

My service was so great I was greeted when I walked in asked if I needed anything particular and I said yes I was looking for a laptop for school and they helped me out by getting me setup up with a new laptop and membership and credit card.

Fast and friendly. The staff welcomed me to the store immediately. Ask how they could help. I told them I ordered a new laptop online. They eked me over to the online order pickup counter. After scanning my order code they quickly found my new PC. They double checked the mumbers. They asked if I had any questions.

I am very happy to have had the pleasure of being assisted by such knowledgeable employees. I am very happy both employes helped explained the differences between the original computers and differences. This helped me to make the best choice for my son to use for high school.

Very nice computer for the money, small enough to carry yet gets the job done of a desktop model.

I'm very happy with the purchase. Would've been 5 stars but the camera hasn't worked since I got it, so the laptop can't unlock without the code and I can't use anything involving the camera, like Zoom or anything... pretty frustrating. It happens to a lot of other people too with this brand, apparently. Battery life sucks, and it gets pretty hot when it's working hard. But other than that it's great.

Computer works great. Highly recommend this product if you’re on a budget . Customer service i received was even better. Young man was knowledgeable and helped me select this computer and I couldn’t be happier. Well done for both HP and the sales Rep

Great value. At $450 this laptop is a great purchase. It is used primarily for word processing and surfing the web and this machine is more than capable. Very impressed with the speakers. I never knew a laptop could sound so good. Happy with the purchase.

The Envy laptop is convertible and a good, affordable unit for my business use. The transaction was fairly quick and handled courteously. However, I was told I needed to by a full version of Windows 11 Pro ($200) in order to upgrade the pre-installed version of Win 11 Home that comes with the laptop... this is not correct. I only needed the Win 11 Pro upgrade ($100). I had to come back to the store to return the SKU of the Full Pro ver. and exchange it for the Upgrade Pro SKU.

I am still learning to use my new computer. So far so god. Your service staff was wonderful to work with. I am a vey senior person (83) and not computer savy so this is a great help for me. Thanks for having such a great staff. Carolyn Jackmore.

Nice laptop, we were helped out by a Best Buy associate and she did a great job, my son started college so we needed a laptop that was versatile, the associate lead us to this nice laptop that my son loves, i know i bought a product that will last
