Love this machine. I bought this to use with keeping household finances as well as keeping my hobbies under control. Reading newspapers is also great! Great comparability with my printer as well. All around great!

This has to be one of them best computers that I’ve had in a while. I seem to be tough on laptops. It goes in and out of my backpack several times a day. It has held up to the rigor of construction job sites. Highly recommended.

Quality of Laptop is very good, touch screen is a little too sensitive, but if not regularly using the touch screen, it's okay. The battery life seems to drain quickly with several hours of using. The key board is nice size and easy to use. Overall not a bad laptop for the price.

The laptop is good. The screen works well for writing long hand, the graphics are good also in Zoom, and the word processor I use works very well with this computer. Web browsing can be glitchy, however, particularly when using Edge, which freezes, and one has to wait or quit that particular site. That may be a problem with Windows.

Got it for college. Works well for me and havent had any issues so far.

Wonderful laptop that adds things together, it doesn't fail me although it's battery life is a bit quick, if you just plug it in occasionally it's of little to no consequence. Perfect for medical, studying, and college.

I am Happy with the HP laptop , although a little slow in accessing sites etc Geek support and set up was excellent. I received good service from sales personnel when I was looking for a laptop to purchase. Sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was easy to setup an appointment to setup and learn about the laptop. Only took a day to get system setup and as I mentioned above the meeting with the Geeke rep was excellent.

overall its a good laptop but ive noticed that sometimes it does not read when ive pressed my mouse pad and it runs slow. i don’t believe its an internet issue because ive used it on different wifis and its a bit slow no matter what. but it gets done what i need it to do so i would still recommend it.
