I bought this laptop as a gift for my son after his old one crashed. It’s everything he needs for his business. Works well and the size is perfect for him to carry around. The price was great too. You can’t go wrong with an HP.

Everyone from the young lady at the front door who called someone to meet me by the laptops to the advisor who walked me through the laptops and printers to Faheem who came to the house to set it up was great.

Nice basic computer for internet, word and excel. Love the touch screen and back lite keyboard.

I'm at 1 big on specs. But this computer had everything I wanted. A light up background keyboard. And can fold to be a tablet. I wish I would have paid a little bit more attention. It would be nice to have a ten key, but that's on me, the product is sound.

A thin, lightweight laptop that meets my needs for travel.

I got this laptop to use for work. I honestly needed something really simple, but this laptop had all the bells and whistles for the same price. So I would be dumb not to get it. It's beautiful and set up was easy.

Everything is great so far except the resolution on the camera. My previous computer always had a sharp, clear image. Now my image is always fuzzy on zoom calls. I have been told there’s a way to fix this but I haven’t found it yet. Why would things be set up in a way with a new computer that I need to ‘fix’ it just to have a camera that works reasonably well?

Its very fast and has lots of features. I wish I could download the apps that I use daily.

Great laptop quick and fast. Does get hot as if it needs a fan to cool it but no problems

I love love love this laptop!!! I would love to keep it throughout the rest of my college experience but i rented one of the ports on the side. It still works so well.

Very good lightweight convertible laptop for traveling

My daughter bought this with $$ she earned. She's using this in place of the chromebooks they hand out at school. She's loving it! It has the speed and memory that she needs for school and personal items.

I absolutely love my laptop with 1 annoying exception......I asked the salesman to make sure that it had a backlit keyboard, he assured me that it did......IT DOES NOT!!! Major inconvenience for me since I do a lot of late-night work. Other than that, I love it.

I love love love this laptop! it s so stylish! and most importantly, it works great. and the sound system s not bad either! battery life tho, meh, not the best.
