This computer is working great for what I need. I love the facial recognition to unlock it and for saved passwords. My only complaint is that the mouse pad is super sensitive. I’m usually pretty proficient with them, but this one clicks on things as it passes them without me clicking it. I’ve taken to using and external mouse because of this.

I wanted a laptop for college and this one is the best one i’ve had. i love the light up keypad it makes it easier to work in the dark. i also wanted something that i could play light gaming (the sims 4) and this does the job.

In the short time we've had our HP Envy, we have learned a number of "Tips and Tricks" in order to make our home use more efficient. It's obvious there's more to learn, but we are enjoying the "trip."

Its good for videos and stuff though after 2 days it dropped in speed in running software the screen does turn on fast it feels good jobs and videos id say csgo is not the game to play based off ram anything lower then csgo should run very smoth on low graphics

Very good laptop for school. I had to buy it as my Chromebook wouldn’t support formatting documents.

Pricing is great for over all purchase. Light weight Battery could last longer.

I love my nee laptop! For a 2 in 1 laptop and tablet the price was very reasonsble. My only real complaint is the outside finish. If you habeany oil on your hands it smudges on the exterior finish and screen.

I’m really enjoying the features of the 2 in 1. I’ve never had an item like it so I’m enjoying the product! It’s been a moderate learning process to be able to use it to the best of my ability but I’m loving it!

I bought this laptop to take to and from college. It works perfectly, is durable, and has everything I need to get my work done. It's a great buy. I definitely recommend it to other students.

Windows 11 throws a lot of new stuff at me, however, with due diligence I was able to navigate most of the programs. I did have to use Geek Squad and reinstall W 11 after a mistake.

Very happy with purchase. Saved an extra $100.00 as it was an open box item. The AMD Ryzen 5 7530U is a better processor (making the laptop slightly more expensive) but is worth it vs. the Ryzen 5 7520U.

Super simple setup and has basic functionality my Mom needs for web browsing and using word processing. Great laptop for someone that isn't a gamer or using it for creating videos. The only minus is the touchpad is a little wonky and super sensitive and doesn't react like she expects it to.

I like it folds into a tablet and is a laptop at the same time. It’s a laptop during the day and tablet I can prop it up to watch Netflix at night. Games like Minecraft and Fortnite are ok.

The products that I purchased from Best Buy is great quality and furthermore it is efficient, and I truly enjoy how everything is working properly. I give everything I purchased a thumbs up.
