The person who helped us with the purchase of the hp envy was helpful and knowledgeable about the different laptops. He was really pleasant, and provided great customer service!

Windows 11 throws a lot of new stuff at me, however, with due diligence I was able to navigate most of the programs. I did have to use Geek Squad and reinstall W 11 after a mistake.

No problems encountered from day 1. P.CS works as authorized.

My son loves it. For a treat, since he's a big computer user, I bought him a more expensive Apple laptop and he made me take it back because he loves his Envy. That's what I call a win/win

Got a good deal! I purchased this because best buy had a good deal on this laptop. Not a high performance laptop but for those who just browse, watch video and regular stuff.

So far, I'm happy with my new laptop, With some tweaks from the Geek Squad to install my printer, things are going well. I'm confident that if I have any issues I can reach out for help.

I love my new Envy. The touch screen is new for me so it will take some getting used to and no numbers keypad is also new but easy to relearn. The switch to 11 was easier than I thought.

I enjoy the spacious keyboard that has versatile positioning even without a number pad. The memory is another plus but the organizing components also extend to its versatility for all my needs

I’m giving this laptop 4 starts not 5 because of 1 reasons I can think of..it overheated pretty quickly when using,but the main reason I returned this laptop was because it was just too big if you want to take it with you when you travel…so I returned it with no problems at all,customer service was amazing and they helped me to get another small laptop.

Everything was working well right out of the box and so far no issues. Working as advertised. Got a very good price on the Back-to-School sale. Very happy with my purchase.

This is such an upgrade from my old machine. I would have liked more written instructions but have been able to take advantage of many upgrades that I didn't know existed.

Very good laptop for school. I had to buy it as my Chromebook wouldn’t support formatting documents.

This is a great Laptop!!! I use it daily for school and constantly use it as a tablet for notes. It has great responsiveness and can operate multiple programs without slowing down. The only issue I have is that I constantly have to clean the screen to avoid smudging.

This great computer, that converts to a large tablet. It is thin very well made. It seamlessly integrates with Microsoft compatible stylus. This is not a gaming computer. The processor uses limited by the onboard memory. Sorry.

This was purchased for my college son. The representative provided this with detaiks we needed and it was duscounted price of 100.00 dollars. It must smaller and compact than the dell he was using last year. Thumbs up
