Good customer service, laptop came in perfect condition

Enjoying it. I DON'T Like that it Has Bing as a Search Engine. I DON'T Like that it HAS Microsoft as it's Main Engine. It WON'T Let Me Look up Many Sites like My Old Laptop. Censors My Options TOO Much. Other than that, it's a Good Laptop.

I really enjoy the screen, the size and it's overall functioning as a touchscreen/tablet. The webcam though is horrible resolution, incredibly blurry. I also already have concerns with my touchpad and I've only had this for a month.

I have been using the HP envy for several years with good success. When I needed another computer for a different purpose, I purchased the new version of the same.

Got this for grad school. Great price and does everything I need it to.

Works fine so far. Only used it a few times for 1 month. Hard to tell if i have any issues with it. But loved the geek squad's help. They are awesome. Especially Ryan

I waited 12 yrs to get a new computer. This one fits my needs just fine. Thanks to the sales people and Geek squad for helping me get the one PC I can use.

I've had it for about a month now and it does a pretty good job . Only thing I would say is the speakers are on the bottom and if youre a t.v. watcher like me it can be kinda muffled but other than that it does a good job

Everything is working well so far. I used it for a speech at my Toastmaster's meeting last Tuesday. It has Windows 11 so there has been a small learning curve.
