Everything is working well so far. I used it for a speech at my Toastmaster's meeting last Tuesday. It has Windows 11 so there has been a small learning curve.

Purchased for my son for college and as I set it up for him, I fell in love with it.

Pros: The laptop is great for just scrolling google docs and taking notes. Cons: The 15-fh0013dx laptop is very slow for college students, especially those editing pdf documents, etc. I recommend just getting a workstation laptop instead of this if you want something fast and optimal for school! Also, watch out for the wifi chips inside these things. Sometimes the provider cheaps out on them. Not good for college students if it's too slow.

I have always purchased HPs computers. To me they are very reliable. Have only had one other brand of which I did not like. The only words I would say to others is " try using a HP lap top or PC to find out for yourself. I'm sure you will enjoy it.

Fast speed upload and downloads with not that much Wi-Fi speed. Booting system works wonders. Video quality playback excellent with my video editing software.

It was better than I anticipated and I learn something new about it evertime I use it. This was for sure a great investment & i recommend this product.

So far I have no problems with it! I really like the 2 in 1 feature because I can use the tablet mode to study/reading or watching entertaining videos!!

I like that it feels sturdy i love to flip the computer i dont know what all it can do but in excited to find out i am concerned about the battery life and i also hear the fans go out pretty quickly

This Lap top is very good for my college kid. He is very happy with it.

Purchased for my daughter. The specs were up to par. Doubles as a tablet. I’m very happy with it and so is she. The Best Buy sale reps were very helpful.

Getting to know the machine. Do not like the idea I have to reach my hand so far in to type on the keyboard. Am not a fan of the BIG pad. I feel it could be much smaller and still be useful. I have had smaller pads on all my other 6 HP laptops

Love this computer...going to be only buying Chromebooks from now on. Ive spent thousands upon thousands on windows PCs...never again.

My daughter has not had any problems with the laptop. I don't expect any to arise, but if they do, I know that Best Buy will make it good.

we bought this for my daughter for her freshman year of college. It was just what she was looking for and she loves it so far. It was a great value!
