Bought this for my daughter for college. It works well for her. I was amazed at the sound from the speakers when she watches movies on it.

I haven't bought a computer in over 5 years and this is absolutely the best I don't need my tablet anymore and I can do everything my desktop does this is wonderful!

Work for what I needed it for, battery life is average but overall a good product!

My daughter has not had any problems with the laptop. I don't expect any to arise, but if they do, I know that Best Buy will make it good.

The only 'complaint' is not being able to connect to printer via tether, or connect to hotspot. I am going to bring it to the store, I am sure the employees will help.

Very pleased with the laptop but am experiencing difficulties with linking to my printer and our home Wi-Fi. I am currently using my iPhone hotspot successfully but need to check with tech support. I’m sure it is operator error rather than a computer problem.

This is a basic computer. It is nice to have the touch screen. I wish it had the number pad though. Overall, it seems to be pretty sturdy and I have had not issues. Not top of line but worth what it costs.

So far it appears to be an excellent product. Happy with it and it happened to be on sale, so it was worth waiting for a good HP product

Purchased this for my granddaughter. She loves the fact that it can be flipped into a laptop. The price was good and we are both happy with it.

Very good product had a HP Pavillion and replaced with the envy. Very happy with Best Buy Geeks who came to the house to set it up

Pros: The laptop is great for just scrolling google docs and taking notes. Cons: The 15-fh0013dx laptop is very slow for college students, especially those editing pdf documents, etc. I recommend just getting a workstation laptop instead of this if you want something fast and optimal for school! Also, watch out for the wifi chips inside these things. Sometimes the provider cheaps out on them. Not good for college students if it's too slow.
