Quality Product!

The fan was extremely loud and unbearable. Returned and exchanged with no problems. Based on a couple weeks of usage, the laptop exceeds my expectations for my usage. One con is the quality of display - it can be better.

Got it for my Mother In Law for Xxmas

Now she keeps calling me asking me to help her set it up, but I was only able to plug it in. Ease of use, this is abuse! 5 Stars!
