Love it so far! Perfect size and speed for my needs (small business owner, accounting). Touch screen works great as well. Only negative is the external shell is very sensitive to finger prints so recommend some sort of shell/vinyl cover.

I love it. I was looking for a lenovo laptop similar to the ultra book i had - something that ran smoothly with a lot going on, compact but comfortable. The clerk recommended this one and i’ve really enjoyed it, its a comparable purchase to the one i had even down to the touchscreen and flexible 2-in-1 tablet effect.

I bought the HP envy x360 excellent, open box model and I haven’t been disappointed one bit. I’ve waited for over 4 weeks of ownership to give an accurate review and here it is! The touchscreen and trackpad are flawless along with the performance. Being a PC fellow I was skeptical on the storage but the size of the disk is great!!It has gotten me through college so far with no hassle. The reviews I read on this scared me, I’m here to say those rumors are false. The battery along with the build are more than durable it last me all the way till I end up in bed at night, then I will have to charge it which is normal do not expect a laptop to have 2 days worth of battery these are simple machines.My background apps also consist of steam and Wallapaper engine (no hassle for this pc). I also spend my spare time creating and this laptop can handle a DAW program, Fl studio with multiple VST’s no problem and it only has 8 gigs of ram. I purchased this for under $450($419 exact). If that’s not a deal then I don’t know what is, a fraction of the original price for this!

Better than I expected. Love the auto backlight keyboard, the camera is pretty good, the design is sleek, the performance is great for daily use, battery is pretty goo d too. Display is crisp. Overall satisfied.

It works well. Has nice features with Windows 11. I would've liked a number keypad since I'm a former accountant. I chose aluminum over plastic because this is a good weight. Meaning it is not too lightweight. It's 2 n 1, to treat like a tablet. Left and right side to plug in a mouse. The screen is a nice size and is a touch. Comes with McAfee virus protection for about a month and will popup a countdown for you to pay. Their virus protection has too many questions. Webroot served me fine I installed myself. I also set up this computer myself. Just follow the prompts it will pull your former info from prior computer if you had one. You can do it don't pay BB to do it. Ask basic questions.

I purchased the laptop for my father as his old laptop was outdated. I used it for a week before handing it over and the experience was in line with the price I paid… except for the storage which is only 256GB which is extremely less for a laptop (and 8GB RAM which is also on the low end, however fine for my usecase) The touch screen works well along with the 360 degree hinge which is handy for consuming media. The screen is just fine, better used indoors.

So far, I really enjoy my laptop. I was between this and a MAC book but after much research and me not being in the apple eco system already, I decided this was the better option. Based on reviews and articles, this computer compares very closely to a MAC book and does much of the same thing. Because I have an android I am able to connect my phone to this and get my phone notifications on it, text from it, and call from it just like the apple products do. So that was an added feature. I found it difficult to find a hard case for this model though. Other than that, I love its touch screen, that 360 capabilities of the screen, and how comfortable of a computer this is so far. Very easy to use and very customizable. The one down fall for me is not being able to add google chrome to it for some reason. But I do highly suggest saving yourself some money and purchasing this over a mac. (:

I purchased this laptop to perform GIS (Geographic Information System) analyses, which require a windows operating system, clear graphics, and a fast processing system. This laptop handles these effortlessly and the graphics are pretty good for the price point. The 2-in-1 function comes in handy for taking notes in class and the system is intuitive. I gave it 4 stars only because it can be difficult to find accessories for it. I haven’t been able to find a sturdy protective case despite searching on Amazon, Microsoft, etc. Good buy if you need a 2–in-1 laptop with windows operating system and you’re on a budget.

This is a fast and reliable laptop. Its very lightweight, user-friendly, and have a lot of features that help me with my business. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!

This laptop is incredibly strong and light weight. It has the memory I need and the speed is phenomenal. This is a great laptop for the price. I also think the nightfall black is a sharp color.

This was the first non-Toshiba laptop I've bought. Good solid laptop. With a Rizen core. Fast. Comes with a touchscreen, nice but I'd prefer a Bluetooth mouse. Has only 2 USB ports. Windows 11 Home OS. Careful with drivers update. Make a bootable thumb drive recommended. Do a full-system backup at the outset. Just to defeat possible ransomware, so you can. Reload and go without paying the ransom, should you get infected. I've had no such arracks. Just a safe leactice. Recommend this laptop. 5 out of 5 stars.

After one day, it's a good working "open box" unit. Ask me again NEXT YEAR! It does infact look brand new, unused, with the full warranty. My last computer, Dull, worked good for a month too. I always LOVED my desktop Envy's, so looked for an HP this time around. Nice speaker system, but will be VERY difficult to keep clean, for some of us. What's with the purpose of the strong magnets in the lower corners in the unit, below the keyboard?? For speakers? I'll be researching that... I use that area for a mouse pad, but it's pulling the batteries right out of my mouse! Are they(the magnets) going to damage my SD cards that I use QUITE often?? I'll be researching that... Great price when on sale, I've been looking at the 5's with a touch screen, SD slot, and backlit keyboard for quite a while now. I researched this 7530u before buying, and see that this version is new, this year. Good because it's newest and better, or bad because it's "unproven"? Thus, "ask me next year"... Battery life unknown, I will use it plugged in 99.9999% of the time. speed? I'm a buyer and seller, not a gamer, so it's great for me. I haven't even opened 20 different tabs on it yet, which is typical for me, thus I went for a 5. My old 2.5 year old Dull "3" laptop's fan came on OFTEN. This unit feels quite cool right now, after using it with 7 tabs open for hours, and no fan is running.

I love my HP envy laptop - it's easy to navigate. I recently bought it, so I'm still learning all the features. It's wonderful that it's a 2in1 and can be used as a tablet. I love the size and that I can use Face ID to sign in. My grandson was the one who directed me how to turn on and off the camera - a little slider at the top of the screen in the center. The resolution is great and I love that it's touchscreen (very sensitive and easy to use) and that the keyboard is lit. I'm sure as I continue to use my laptop, I'll discover more wonderful features. I would highly recommend it!

Works as intended, very sturdy, nothing wrong with it. Looks very clean and modernistic. This is definitely an amazing upgrade from the 2019 laptop that broke on me about 1 1/2 years ago so I was stuck with an ipad and desktops. I would highly recommend HP over other brands of laptop, this screen is incredibly sturdy and smooth when you close it. The processor is very decent, it's basically everything I need. I initially believed it might be slow, but it's actually quite decent, comparable to core i7 laptops. Impressed.

The best value fir the money. BestBuy is really a place to buy what you need for best price. And the customer service was excellent. For the computer. I watched a lot of videos on Youtube but none of them was quite right about what I bought. They made me question my choice before I purchase. But after a few weeks with the device, I loved it! It's everything you need from a computer. Thin, clear and beautiful design, fast enough and simple! This is my first 2 in 1 tablet-computer. I loved it in every aspect.
