Lightweight and easy to use; set-up. Would buy another one!

Loved it. Easy to use. Only negative, no cd and nkt enough ports, but that was my fault for not being knowledgable while I shopped.

Very satisfying ,My daughter in the Philippines will use this related to her studies specifically in conducting researches and projects in school.I am grateful to be able to purchase this amazing laptop.Indeed a great opportunity to be able to acquire the best of its kind only in Best Buy.

I could not be happier with my laptop. It was easy to set up with the emails sent to access software I purchased and that says a lot bc I am not tech savvy. Would purchase again for sure!

This was an excellent investment into my schooling. This product has given me a better way of completing my homework assignments. ITS FAST SLIM AND HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS SO FAR.

I bought this laptop for my middle schooler as they are required to have access to a laptop. It is touchscreen and very fast. Appears to be durable as my daughter uses it daily both in standard and tablet mode. She loves it. It should last her through high school for all of her scholastic needs.

This laptop is excellent. In speed. Display. Processing. Highly recommend

I'm only giving 4 stars now because I still have to learn a lot about this computer. I like the keyboard and other features of it like touch screen and voice typing, but it takes awhile to get the feel of the keys and the cursor is always jumping to another place for some unknown reason. Overall, I am very glad that I bought it and know that I will be able to do my writing quickly and easily once I discover all the features.

Screen size is great and the price is competitive.

Due to retirement, I had to turn in my work laptop and needed a personal laptop. This HP was easy to install and meets the needs of our household for email, web surfing, and working with Microsoft 365 (not included with laptop). I haven't tried the 2-in-1 capability yet - interested to see it's application.

It was so easy to set up and even easier to use! The clarity of the screen exceeds any other laptop I have ever used and it has been so easy to navigate and adjust to a new format. I would recommend this laptop to anyone!

Great computer that meets my needs. The ssd boots up and shuts down fast compared to my older Windows 8.1 laptop that died. The touchscreen is a nice feature. It was super easy installing my printer. My only complaint is the lack of a cd/dvd drive.

The sale associate was very knowledgeable of the product. I went in the store looking for a touch screen laptop, and was provided with a better option of the product. I am excited, and satisfied with the product I purchased. I will be going nack soon for another laptop.

Its been an year i m using that laptop and i love all the features and the touch is really smooth.

Great computer for work, email, and some YouTube. YouTube will kill the battery, understandably. The video quality isn’t bad for the price. A solid work and school computer but wouldn’t do too much as the internal memory cannot be upgraded, you will have to look into cloud methods of saving data.

This is my first laptop and I couldn't be happier with it. I've always had HP computers, and this one does not disappoint. Very easy to use. I love it and am glad I finally made the switch from a desktop to a laptop!
