Love the Face ID concept. It definitely makes logging in so much easier. Thr efficiency of the screen allows me to move swiftly through multiple windows without it slowing the system down

I am loving everything about my new laptop. I love the backlight feature the most. Buying it at Best Buy was a great experience. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions.

Purchased for my granddaughter for use at school. She says it works for her in her advanced classes. It is easy to carry in a sleeve in her backpack. She is very happy with this laptop as her sixteenth birthday present from her Grandma.

I bought this for my wife, she is thrilled with the upgrade of her laptop. The price was excellent and the Geek Squad did a terrific job transferring her files to her new pc.

So far happy with purchase just got May 26th so I really can't make a review other than based off short time having it, but can base review off other products have. Have other HP laptop which is older and have never had issues with their products.

This was the easiest and fastest setup with the Geek Squad. They are very helpful and patient. We had to send the computer out for repair and when it could not be fixed the store and Geek squad was there to assist we our needs. Thanks again!!!

Altough it currently shows as $1,000, i ourchases it when it was half off and it works perfect for emails, internet, and streaming. The tablet feature really makes it a travel go to.

Although I haven’t had a chance to use all the features of this laptop, so far I have really enjoyed it. It’s functionality has been smooth and same with connectivity. I purchased on sale during Memorial Day weekend and saved nearly $400!

Just brought this. So far It's a good laptop for its price.

I was a diehard desktop user, but decided to buy a laptop so I can be more moveable. I didn't need anything "fancy". Just a good ol' workhorse. This laptop met all the criteria. The only negative aspect to this laptop is that it's battery life is not very long. I just have to be more aware of when it is time to plug it in.

I am having no problems with my computer your staff is so helpful I knew when basically what I wanted--the salesperson was helpful the people who set it up were also very helpful they are the reason I go to best buy

The overall appearance of the laptop is sleek and clean. runs smooth and quickly. Wish the battery lasted a bit longer.
