Has everything I expected and needed. Performing well.

Loving it - fast setup and the agent assisting with online purchase helped to be sure I had most of my wants in this unit.

This computer is amazing!! It was quite affordable and it does what I needed it for, to get me through school. The only problem I have is that when I save something, I’m not always sure where it’s saving to and have a hard time finding it. Other than that, I love it!

World's best laptop. It loads fast, and it works well with all my programs. I bought it for school and I haven't had any complaints since.

I like it because it’s a touch screen and it’s 2-in-1

This is my third HP in 20 years. You read that correctly, 20 (at least). I have never had a problem with HP laptops, nor have my HP printers failed me. Hooray!

Does everything he needs it to do. I bought this computer for my high school student. He hasn’t had any issues with it and is able to use it for all school related functions.

So far I am very pleased with this laptop and processing speed for school purposes. The only thing that would have made it better was a number pad on the right hand side of the keyboard

Purchased this HP Envy Laptop and I do like it. However, my experience with the Geek Squad was not good. I purchased support for one year and wish I didn't.

Purchased this laptop for my wife and she loves it! Thanks Best Buy tech for helping me find a fit for our family. It was an easy transaction and setup was a breeze

So far so good!! I appreciate how many ports it has on the side. I do wish you could airdrop or have messages hooked up but as a laptop overall it’s pretty good. Could be a a bit quicker too (I tend to have several tabs open at once though)

Great computer but I am disappointed in the care I received at the store. A young man helped me who was very knowledgeable helped me choose my laptop but I was very shocked that he used the F word while explaining different laptops. I am not a prude, but I find this unacceptable.

Crisp video. Geeat Sound. I got this laptop on sale for business and presentation purposes. I can push video images to a larger monitor. I love this laptop!

Great laptop& I loved it. The only downside is it was not compatible with the programs I needed for work. Not compatible with Google Drive for what I needed.Fantastic battery life.

Very versatile laptop. Glad the sales person talked me into upgrading my purchase from a less expensive and less powerful model. Touch pad is a bit too sensitive, but that may just take some getting used to.
