Nice laptop but…

However, I have been having problems with it starting up. There are times that it takes like 20 minutes to 1 hour to get the screen to turn on. I can see the power light turn on and it is scanning my face to unlock but the screen stays black and seems like it is off. I have no idea what to to about it and I hope someone see my review and maybe give me some answers
