It just stopped working?

Ive read that this is because of the battery. But overall in the months that ive had it, it was amazing, everyone was amazed with this laptop. Now im just a bit upset having to pay to get it repaired

Not to happy

Transferred from my old lap top, re-installed everything on my back up(2 of everything now) was told Turbo Tax would transfer but only the returns transferred so I have to fix that. Not sure or happy about Total Tech.

Good computer but battery dies fast

I usually keep it plugged in so it hasn’t been too big of a deal for me but if I ever need it where I can’t charge it, it may die fast.

Its not the cable's fault as they were here when it happened once.

Unsatisfied Computer Purchaser.

As a 74+ year old adult I was not prepared to personally program this machine. Additionally the expense for service and assistance at my residence I have been informed later is coupled with at least an additional $151.00 expense which was not communicated to me at the time of Purchase! I am planning to visit this store within the next week to CANCEAL this Phantom Protection Plan as they will Not communicate with ME via Telephone. I am currently reviewing updating my IPhone and Ipad Unfortunatley I Don't plan to discuss options with Best Buy.
