As a 74+ year old adult I was not prepared to personally program this machine. Additionally the expense for service and assistance at my residence I have been informed later is coupled with at least an additional $151.00 expense which was not communicated to me at the time of Purchase! I am planning to visit this store within the next week to CANCEAL this Phantom Protection Plan as they will Not communicate with ME via Telephone. I am currently reviewing updating my IPhone and Ipad Unfortunatley I Don't plan to discuss options with Best Buy.

Extremely disappointed!

Brought it back to Best Buy where it was purchased to be looked at and was told it was most likely a hardware issue would be at least $150 dollars to repair. It was used 3 times and was a month old. Doesn't make sense that HP or Best Buy would not have some kind of warranty past 30 days for an item that was $1200. Very disappointed in HP and Best Buy!

Pretty good, but build quality could be better

It is a little bit slow on start up and the frame could be better. If I rest my arms or apply pressure to the rest or left of the trackpad (on the frame) it clicks the mouse.

It performs like a $300 laptop, not a $600 one.

HP quality going away?

It works ok, but is built flemsly. Screen is decent, computer is little slow if you are using memory intensive apps.
