After 3 weeks it wouldn't connect to internet either with WIFI or ethernet cable. Brought it back to Best Buy where it was purchased to be looked at and was told it was most likely a hardware issue would be at least $150 dollars to repair. It was used 3 times and was a month old. Doesn't make sense that HP or Best Buy would not have some kind of warranty past 30 days for an item that was $1200. Very disappointed in HP and Best Buy!

The laptop is just okay. It is a little bit slow on start up and the frame could be better. If I rest my arms or apply pressure to the rest or left of the trackpad (on the frame) it clicks the mouse.

I expected a lot more from a 2023 Windows 11 laptop with an i5 processor, and so far I have been disappointed with my experience. It performs like a $300 laptop, not a $600 one.

HP seems to be not making as good as quality as before. It works ok, but is built flemsly. Screen is decent, computer is little slow if you are using memory intensive apps.

The computer is OK, but it is very unpredictable about pressure. Often the cursor or display moves for no reason, but most of the time the keyboard touch is perfect. Windows 11 is no improvement and I appear to have lost my replace/insert function which is very annoying. The speaker is also weaker than my refurbished computer from 2012..
