Brought it back to Best Buy where it was purchased to be looked at and was told it was most likely a hardware issue would be at least $150 dollars to repair. It was used 3 times and was a month old. Doesn't make sense that HP or Best Buy would not have some kind of warranty past 30 days for an item that was $1200. Very disappointed in HP and Best Buy!

It is a little bit slow on start up and the frame could be better. If I rest my arms or apply pressure to the rest or left of the trackpad (on the frame) it clicks the mouse.

Often the cursor or display moves for no reason, but most of the time the keyboard touch is perfect. Windows 11 is no improvement and I appear to have lost my replace/insert function which is very annoying. The speaker is also weaker than my refurbished computer from 2012..
