I tried all the recommend troubleshooting tips but nothinng seem to work. I did research and it seems like its a common issues . Exchanging the laptop today.

Going from a Mac to a PC was a bit of a memory jogger but after a few minutes I fell right back into the comfort I used to have with using a PC. This computer is fast and extremely responsive. The sound quality is excellent and you can switch from a laptop to a tablet in a matter of seconds. I purchased a pen for it and I've been able to use an app to draw! I really was hoping after reading reviews that the pen I purchased would work and it did. I'll never go back to a Mac again! This PC is very thin and lightweight and the battery life is exceptional. I really like how much you can personalize and customize a PC.

We use it for research and emaile mainly so speed is more than efficient. I do like the touch screen feature. The only drawback for me is the lack of the side calculator keyboard but not a deal breaker
