Working out the kinks

The operating system is different but I was able to use it the day I took it home. The Geek squad was very helpful basically explaining the changes. I am a senior citizen and am very limited in technology knowledge but I am able to use this computer without problems. I would only recommend one thing, there should be a way to see %charge with it shut down.
