    During set-up it blue screened. I was able to get it to set up after a few more blue screens, then during a final exam while using Excel and the web, it blue screened again. Returned to Best Buy on last day of return window.

    Great storage and functionality. The mouse pad isn't great, and it does loaded with annoying software. Overall it's fantastic for the price.
