A: Thank you for asking. The Envy 15-fe0053dx has been meticulously designed and built to Intel standards to earn the Evo badge. The LPDDR5 ram is onboard (soldered on) and not user accessible.
A: I believe that was a similar (but not exactly the same) model that had one terabyte of storage. While the computer ships with a 512 gigabyte SSD, it can be upgraded to a one terabyte drive. Because it involves partially disassembling the computer to access the drive, the work should only be done by a trained technician. The Geek Squad at your local Best Buy would be able to quote you a price on the new drive and doing the installation
